The Minister of National Defence, Mircea Dusa, sends a condolences message to Iovan family, expressing his regrets for their loss. 'For us, Pilot Adrian Iovan is an example of altruism and self-sacrifice, a model of courage and professionalism. He put the life of his peers above his own, as he was a true Commander. He will always be an example of virtue and honesty, a role model for the generations of pilots to come. We will always cherish his memory along with that of Lieutenant (posthumously) Aurelia Ion. May God rest him in peace! were the words of minister Dusa.
